You need to specify your hours using 24:00 time. For example, 3pm is specified as 15:00 Use a '-' to separate open and closing hours. You might use spaces. Check the Display options to setup the Timeformat you would like to show to your visitors.

Keep in mind that method 3 will override 2 and 1, methode 2 will override 1.
